Ragon Solutions provides UGC performance ad production, short-form video editing (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts), long-form video production, and creative content strategy. Specific deliverables, quantities, and timelines are agreed upon in writing via an invoice, scope document, or contract before production begins.

We pride ourselves on rapid, dependable studio turnaround. To maintain velocity and creative excellence:

Upon receipt of full payment for completed milestones or invoices:

• Full Commercial Rights: You receive 100% royalty-free, worldwide commercial rights to run, distribute, and monetize the delivered video assets across all digital and paid advertising channels.
• Portfolio Rights: Ragon Solutions reserves the right to display delivered work in agency portfolios, showreels, case studies, and social channels unless explicitly agreed otherwise under an NDA.

Custom project engagements typically require a 50% initial deposit or 100% upfront milestone payment before studio scheduling. Monthly content retainers are billed on a recurring 30-day cycle.

Retainer cancellations require a 14-day written notice before the next billing cycle. Work produced up to the cancellation date remains fully delivered and owned by the client upon settlement of outstanding balances.

Any internal strategy documents, raw proprietary assets, or social account credentials shared with Ragon Solutions are treated with strict professional confidentiality as governed by our Privacy Policy.
